Project description:
The overall concept of the plant is fully subordinated to the process flow for printing of newspaper, periodicals and other published materials.
The entire plant has been designed as a compact unit composed of several adjoining buildings, dominated by two-storey rotary press hall which is continued by four-storey production building in the north, and a three-storey dispatch and storage building in the south.The storeys of the buildings are connected with vertical circulations. The premises include roofed yards situated on the sides turned away from the production buildings as well as auxiliary facilities. Structural system of the production buildings is composed of cast-in-place reinforced concrete, while the other buildings have a pre-engineered RC structural frame. The building envelope consists of ceramic panels covered up by aluminium elements with standard windows.
