Project description:
The project was aimed at developing technical and transport infrastructure for the future residential estate divided into 34 lots for private homes. The lots are situated west of the densely developed urban areas.
Integral part of the arrangements will be new open public spaces (including a playground for kids and a belt of greenery to separate the lots from the industrial premises owned by NIOB FLUID Company).
The project will prepare fully-serviced lots for 34 private homes. The capacity of utility services is oversized to enable future expansion of the area and construction of further 10 homes.
