Project description:
The project was aimed at building a two-pipe sewer system to allow collection and treatment of wastewater in the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant in Ostrava in order to meet the limits pursuant to relevant Czech laws and regulations as well as in accordance with the Council Directive 91/271/EEC concerning urban waste water treatment with the Zoning Plan of the Ludgeřovice area.
The Project fully complies with the Water Supply and Sewer Network Development Plan of the Moravian-Silesian Region.
It also included wastewater disposal from the Markvartovice area located in the water basin upstream of Ludgeřovice.

Main technical data:
Extension of the sewer system by further 32 020 m will include new connections serving 4 474 PE for the purposes of wastewater collection, treatment and disposal.
