Project description:
The Technology Park consists of the Business Incubator´s office building (SO 101), a multi-purpose building with auxiliary facilities for the Tomas Bata University (SO 103) and another multi-purpose building with mezzanine floor for the Plastr Company (SO 104).
The Technology Park premises include paved surfaces and parking lots as well as all necessary utility services.
