Scope of services:
We were acting as the Lead Designer and produced design documents on all stages of the project, i.e. land use permit and building permit design packages, detail design for construction including supervision of construction on compliance with drawings. In addition to our design tasks, we supplied and assembled on site pool water treatment systems and pool equipment, a complex of stainless-steel water slides and wild river channel, and all the wellness components. The author of the architectural design was Architect Jaroslav Ševčík.
Project description:
The outdoor aquatic complex was built near the all-sports stadium in the district of Malšovice. Indoor facilities include a ceramic relaxation pool, a whirlpool spa, a wellness zone with two Finnish saunas and steam and aroma cabins. Outdoor facilities are a combination of stainless steel pools and water slides.
The complex was awarded the Building of the Year 2010.
